The Kim Donahue Story

Kim Donahue is a REALTOR® with Medway Realty and a coach with deep expertise across real estate, mortgage, and business ownership. With more than 30 years of experience — including running her own brokerage — she brings a depth of market knowledge and business acumen that few in the industry can match.

Originally from Michigan, Kim built her early career in engineering before moving into real estate. That background shapes how she works today: methodically, transparently, and with close attention to detail at every stage of a transaction.

Clients often describe her approach as white-glove and concierge-level — a standard she applies consistently, whether she is guiding a first-time buyer through their first offer or advising a seller preparing a home for market.

Today, Kim channels that same rigor and care into coaching and mentoring other real estate agents. She teaches agents how to leverage cutting-edge tools like AI (specifically Claude), build powerful marketing systems, master video and social media branding, and set up the CRM infrastructure that keeps their businesses running smoothly.
